If you are looking for the ultimate Spring Break experience, this is it! Over 1,000 rooms stretch along the 1/2-mile of white sand beach and surround a 1/4-mile long pool. The hotel features daily beach parties with contests. 8 restaurants and 9 bars provide endless all-inclusive dining options. Its no wonder that the Oasis has sold out every year! A $28.00 USD non-refundable damage insurance will be collected from each guest at the time of Hotel check-in. Acceptable form of payment: CASH only. Policy is mandatory, per person and not refundable. Student / Youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 18 and 24 years of age.

Student/ Youth Policy: - Minimum age requirement for hotel check-in is 18 years old. Any hotel guests under 18 years will require a chaperone(s). One chaperone is required per 1-19 students/ youths under 18 years. The minimum age requirement for a chaperone is 23 years old. Please note the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18 years.
